Pricing
PDAplace Nord reserve the right to change a price without notice. If the price is corrected due to some reasons the customer will be informed of the correction before proceeding with payment and reserves the right to cancel the order. Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-ordered products are valid for 7 days after the order is placed. If the price changes when stock becomes available customer will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Value Added Taxes, Duties

All prices dispayed on this website exclude TAX.

Regarding the rules, all orders and shipping costs are charged with 5% TAX determined by Canadian laws for customers. Invoice will be enclosed with the shipment to confirm that TAX has been charged. For all customers outside Canada no TAX is charged.

Some countries may charge import duties at the point of delivery which may be collected by the courier. PDAplace Nord have no control over it and is not liable for such duties.
Oder acceptance/cancellation
The PDAplace Nord reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. E-mail notification will be sent to your e-mail adress provided during registration. The PDAplace Nord assume no liability for issues resulting from such cancellations, or e-mail notification failure.
Payments and Stock Availability

Customer will bear all the bank transfer charges and all other additional bank fees if needed. PDAplace Nord will investigate all transactions carefully to prevent possible fraud.

All direct transferes must be prepaid within 8 days after the order is placed and confirmation is recieved. Otherwise PDAplace Nord may cancel the order without any notice.

If any product ordered is out of stock from the supplier the customer will be notified and offered replacement or opportunity to cancel the order.
Credit Card and PayPal Policy

PayPal is our payment processor for Credit Cards and for PayPal Payments. PayPal will only consider the billing address of your credit card as a Confirmed Address. For security reasons, we will only ship to the Confirmed Address. There are no exceptions. If you use another address as your billing address, it will be marked as an Unconfirmed Address. If this happens you will be 100% refunded via PayPal and asked to place the order again.
Delivery

Delivery time differs because of stock availability and customer geographic location.

The product will leave our office within period listed on the product page after receiving your order.

If an incorrect adress has been given with the order PDAplace Nord reserve the right to charge for extra carriage costs.

If your order fail to arrive within 30 days after confirmation you may request a replacement shipment.
