Order Tracking:

Click on the Track Order link provided in the Services menu. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button.
Failed Delivery:
- Once you order has been dispatched and on route, we cannot refund any delivery cost incurred to failed deliveries.;
- If an incorrect address has been given to PDA Plaza, we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred..
Returns and Warranty Information:
PDA Plaza must test all returned products before we can issue a refund or exchange any products. This is necessary so we are able to file claims on defective or damaged goods with the manufacturer or the shipping company.
Claims for damage, delivery discrepancy etc. should be made within 48 hours of delivery - claims will not be accepted after this time.
If the goods are NOT defective and you wish to return them you have 5 days from the day after you receive it, to return the goods for a refund.
You can request to return goods after 5 Days with a 25% restocking fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
Return items must be in their original packaging, Brand-New condition with all accessories and documentation. If good are not in As-New condition or are missing packaging or documentation, PDA Plaza may either refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee between 1% and 25% depending on the condition of the returned items. Any items that are missing, when the product is returned to us will also be charged for - However this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team. ***PDA Plaza will refuse to accept the return and will not authorize any refunds. No phone with a talk time greater than 30 minutes will be accepted.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party.
A refund will be provided within 30 days after the merchandise is received at our warehouse. You will not be refunded the delivery costs.
Software- Opened software is non-refundable. .
Manufacturer Waranty it is for 12 months. First 3 months from PDA Plaza, the next 9 months only from the manufacturer.
We will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of cancellation.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you don't send the products in question back within this timescale then your returns merchandise may be rejected.
**brand new condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes and the talk time of the phone is under 30 minutes.
***PDA Plaza reserves the right to classify the condition of any product. A not acceptable return condition is for a phone with scratches, marks, or blemishes or phone talk time over 30 minutes.

Email transmission is confidential and intended solely for the person or organisation to whom it is addressed. It may contain privileged and confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, you should not copy, distribute or take any action in reliance on it. If you believe you received this transmission in error, please notify the sender.
Open-Box Items/Grade A, B, C (Used):
Please note that our open-box (used) stock is sold with 90 calendar days warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 90 days of receipt will not be accepted.

Privacy:
The information you provide us may be passed on to third parties in order for us to complete security checks and prevent fraud.
Order Security:
If you would like to have your item delivered to an address which is not registered to the credit/debit card our security team will contact you. In some cases we will require further security information and identification to be provided by the customer who will need to fax or email the required information to our security team.
Jurisdiction/Liability:
Team M.B.A. has the right to cancel orders where we deem the order to be fraudulent and also where delivery of products may not be fulfilled. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
